The Young Mothers Group is run through the Thames Womens Resource Centre, and was originally established in 2002 as a support for both younger & teen mums and their children.
The main goal of the Young Mothers Group is to provide relaxed and fun opportunities for learning, sharing and socializing, and also a way for mothers to meet others and share their skills, knowledge and experiences, and have a support network.
